DELICA PUMPKIN
The wait is over. Oscar’s Delica Pumpkins are back. This year, he’s looking at a much smaller harvest as extreme summer heat cut his yields in half, with many lost to sunburn. Despite the challenges, Oscar has poured the same care and attention into growing and curing his pumpkins, producing fruit with unmatched sugar levels and concentrated flavor.
In Sermide, rich mineral soils shaped by the ancient Po River provide the foundation. By limiting irrigation, Oscar forces the plants to draw deeply from the clay, taking on nutrients and developing complexity as they grow. The final step is the cure, where the pumpkins slowly shed water and their flavor deepens.

GREEN CITRUS
Green Citrus season is in full swing as Greg’s Green Cara Caras, Green Minneola Tangelos, and Green Meyer Lemons join Anthony’s Green Owari Satsumas. Picked weeks before full maturity, Green Citrus delivers vibrant acidity and potent essential oils. Their zest is intensely aromatic; their juice wildly bright and sharp. This early stage opens up new creative directions for chefs — from infusions and dressings to desserts and drinks.
“All citrus fruits start life green on the outside. Their skins at this unripe stage have not yet turned yellow or orange but, interestingly, their essence and perfume are more pronounced as the volatile oils in the skin are at their peak,” writes our founder Franco Fubini in his book, In Search of the Perfect Peach.
