Join the food system revolution
A revolution is as strong as its people. We seek big-picture thinkers; rule breakers; problem solvers; game changers; action takers.
are YOU mission-driven?
come to work every day to make an impact
Be part of a team that believes we can fix the food system. For some, this looks like searching local markets for bold new flavors and tracing them back to small-scale growers. For others, it is about equipping as many people as possible with the tools to make more informed, powerful food choices.
PUT Human relationships FIRST
This community started with Franco’s drive to connect with growers committed to traditionally grown, seasonal products. Today, it has evolved into a network of the world’s most forward-thinking farmers, growers, producers, chefs and home customers.
KEEP UP THE momentum
What started with a peach has grown into a global food system revolution. Today, we have hubs in London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Copenhagen and Melbourne. Our reach grows every day through our apps, stores, concessions and online via Ocado, Waitrose and Monoprix. We have a bakery. In short, we're never sitting still.
STAY nimble by nature
The flex that we have built into our supply chain is mirrored in our agility as a business. Rapid expansion means that our teams have the freedom to move quickly — to implement changes at a speed that would be impossible if we were a more hierarchical company with a lot of bureaucracy and a corporate mindset. All made easier by the fact we look after our own tech and branding in-house.
Come together over food
Eat what we source
The best way to get to know the food we source is to taste it. We do this every day with lunches, fresh fruit, vegetables and other snacks forming an active part of office life.
Plus, everyone is offered the same discounted prices across our entire range. This way, we become intimately familiar with our produce and can carefully trace flavor shifts across the seasons.

Become an expert
We believe that everyone has the right to have access to knowledge. This starts with our people. Weekly F&V (fruit & vegetable) meetings in each region and monthly sessions with speakers from our wider community are just two of the ways we invest in your food systems knowledge.
Plus, we have Natoora Base Camp: internal training sessions to help our people develop the skills they need to hit new peaks in work and life.
Dalila & Will leading the F&V meeting
We're in the business of hospitality, meaning that coming together over food is part of our identity. From staff and chef parties to industry dinners and festivals, these interactions are what inspire us.

Find your role
Can't see your role? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why you want to fix the food system.
Our team consists of roughly 400 employees spanning 50 different nationalities. Over 50 employees have been with us for five years or more, and over 15 have been with us for 10 years or more in our 18 year history. We tend to raise up our people rather than recruit externally for senior roles, and 80% of have been promoted from within. All this to say we're incredibly proud of our team.
OPENING THE DOORS TO COPENHAGEN
Sam heads up the team at Natoora Copenhagen. Learn more about her commitment to food, flavour and provenance.
We exist to fix the food system.
People are more cut off from the origins of their food than ever. This makes flavor, nutrition and farming practices that protect the planet, almost impossible to find.
By working directly with growers, we create a more sustainable way forward for farming. By giving everyone the tools to understand the power of our food choices, we empower everybody to become drivers of change.
Now is the time for action. Join the food system revolution.
Go beyond four seasons
Each fruit and vegetable has its own season, with subtle shifts which happen every day. Follow their microseasons to unlock flavor at every stage.
WHAT’S IN SEASON?
Know where your food comes from
We know the name of the person behind everything we source. Recognize their growing artistry to find out exactly where your food comes from (and why that matters).
MEET THE GROWERS
Make your diet diverse
Our growers work with varieties chosen for quality and nutrition, not yield. By selecting their crops you keep heritage seeds in play, add to ecosystem biodiversity and preserve unique flavors.
