Growth & Pricing Analyst

Natoora is looking for a Growth & Pricing Analyst to drive growth and support profitability in the US through pricing, growth system enablement, and data-driven insights.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will sit at the intersection of pricing, analytics, and commercial operations, partnering closely with Sales, Buying, and Finance teams. In your day-to-day, you will own key pricing workflows, support growth systems, and translate data into actionable recommendations that inform decision-making across the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Experience with BI platforms/tools such as Tableau (preferred) or PowerBI
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear, practical recommendations

Nice to have

• Experience with programming languages such as Python (preferred) or R
• Familiarity with web scraping and/or front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)

Role & Responsibilities

Pricing (50%)

• Manage cost data and pricing on full product portfolio to align with margin and growth targets
• Support and implement product introductions, category shifts, and other programs via analysis and scenario modeling
• Manage special pricing to align with strategic objectives and margin thresholds
• Build pricing models to assess trade-offs

Growth Systems & Support (35%)

• Prepare weekly and monthly business reports
• Monitor and provide guidance on key performance metrics
• Act as a subject matter expert for the CRM and related growth systems
• Support sales team onboarding and ongoing training on tools, workflows, and best practices
• Ensure consistent use of systems to improve data quality, visibility, and accountability
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to workflows and reporting

General Analysis (15%)

• Conduct supporting data capture
• Perform ad hoc analyses to support leadership, sales, and growth initiatives
• Create, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily in Tableau) as needed
