HelpDesk Support

Full-time, based in our London office.

We are looking for a talented HelpDesk Support to join our industry-leading Tech team and help build a nimble, resilient model for a better future for food.

Technology is at the core of our operational model and to further our mission of leading a revolution in the food system. This would be an opportunity to work with and implement new technologies in our systems.

Our team is growing rapidly while maintaining a social and dynamic vibe.


  • From providing support on-site or over the phone to troubleshooting issues that arise with computers, printers, tablets, other devices or in-house systems
  • Organising and maintaining inventory of all assets such as iPads, iMac, Windows Computers, Mac computers, Server room, spare devices and softwares
  • Setting up assets for new or existing employees
  • Travelling to all Natoora sites in London and outside the UK in the EU, AU and US if needed
  • Keeping all assets up-to-date and secure
  • Managing all users' accounts and requests such as Microsoft Office, Gmail, our internal system, etc
  • Network infrastructure basics (cable termination, patch panel cabling, etc)

Desired skills

  • Interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of GCP or AWS
  • Basic knowledge of networking (on-premise and cloud)
  • Experience with Linux system administration
  • Knowledge of IT Security
  • Cybersecurity Essentials
  • Software and hardware diagnosing experience
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, Linux
  • Monitoring systems such as Grafana, Zabbix
  • Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes
