San Giacomo Balsamic Vinegar, 250ml
A velvety balsamic vinegar with a mellow tartness and notes of molasses.
This balsamic is made the traditional way, starting with organic Lambrusco, Trebbiano and other native grape varieties from Andrea’s orchards and the local Emilia Romagna co-operative. Fully-ripe grapes are cooked to form must, which is barrel-aged for 5-7 years.
An ideal finishing oil.
