White Peaches
Over two decades ago, at the Milan market, our founder Franco tasted a White Peach marbled with vivid purple streaks. That bite sparked a two-year journey through the Italian countryside, eventually leading to Domenico: a grower whose artistry, careful cultivation and reverence for the land made him a rare find. His stone fruit has since become a seasonal cornerstone for us and a symbol of what’s possible when you work with growers whose craft is matched by instinct and unwavering resolve.
Domenico grows around ten varieties of both yellow and white peaches that ripen at different points across the season, including the famous Greta. What sets it apart? Its beautiful, blushed skin – a testament to the fruit being picked at peak ripeness.

Cuore del Vesuvio
From Raffaele’s terrace, a volcano rises on one side while the Bay of Naples billows on the other. With soil rich in volcanic minerals, year-round sunlight and salty sea breezes, his Cuore del Vesuvio tomatoes grow in exceptional conditions.
Last year, in response to increasingly hot summers and ever-shorter harvests, Raffaele moved his growing higher into the mountains. The new site offered fertile ex-lakebed soil, a reliable water source and breezes shaped by both the mountains and the sea. The result is evident in every tomato: dense, sweet and deeply savoury, with a meaty texture and an exceptionally high flesh-to-seed ratio.
