There is no minimum order. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout.

Account holders are able to view their saved addresses and wallet when logged in. If you have a subscription order, your address and card details are saved automatically. You can edit your name within the 'My Account' section on the website, but not your address or payment method. New addresses and payment methods can be added at the point of checkout.

Payment is automatically taken at the point of checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. For subscription orders, after the first payment, payment is then triggered automatically at 9.30am 48 hours before your next delivery day, using the payment method saved to your account.

Card details are held securely by Stripe - a secure, third party payment platform. For payment methods that require authentication, Stripe 3D secure verification is used. This provides strong authentication in line with government regulation. Your order will only be processed if your card is authorised.

The price of the product is listed on the product page. The delivery fee is added at checkout.

We offer a refund if the whole, or part of your order is damaged, missing or out of date on arrival. Please email homedelivery@natoora.com to organise a refund. Please email details of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours, we will not be able to offer a refund. Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 working days.

You can update your details within the 'Payment Methods' section of the app.

You will need to enter your card details when you place your first order and we’ll charge you via Stripe. Your card will be charged on the same day that your order is sent out. We accept all major credit and debit cards.

The price of each product is displayed next to the ADD button. We provide an estimated price 'est. each' for items purchased by each but priced by the kilogram. The estimated total of each item is calculated according to average weight. Hit ORDER to see an estimated basket total. You’ll also see an estimated running total under the ORDER button as you shop. You’ll get the exact basket total on your receipt and in the app upon delivery. The delivery fee is visible when you select a slot.
