Radicals T&Cs

Natoora Radicals is a membership program offering free home delivery, a free monthly gift with your first order each month and exclusive offers and early access to events throughout the year for our London based home delivery customers. You must have a Natoora HD App account to become a member and your delivery address must be in London. We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion.

All Natoora Radicals will receive free delivery on all orders placed. A monthly gift will also be added to your first order each month. Throughout the year we will also offer a range of exclusive offers and benefits only available to Natoora Radicals. You accept and acknowledge that the benefits offered will be available to you once you have purchased membership. Should you not place an order in a particular month you will not receive that month's gift.

Natoora Radicals membership fee is £75 for an annual subscription, inclusive of the UK VAT tax. The membership fee will not change during the period of your membership but may change on renewal of your membership. Your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of your initial annual term. If you wish to stop the automatic renewal please contact our customer services team at homedelivery@natoora.com.

Once payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your Natoora Radicals membership has been activated. You will automatically start receiving the benefits as listed above.

You have the right to change your mind and cancel your membership within 14 days provided you have not used your membership in that time. In this instance, a full refund will be given.

The annual membership scheme is non-refundable except in the instance that the customer's delivery address is changed to outside of our London delivery area, where the membership scheme is not applicable. In this instance, we will offer a prorated refund based on the time remaining in your current membership period. If you wish to cancel your membership for this reason please contact our customer service team at homedelivery@natoora.com.

Natoora Radicals is not available for customers who live outside our London delivery area.

We may change the terms of the Natoora Radicals membership at any time, but if we make changes we will inform you about it first and update you on the new terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Natoora Radicals membership at any time. We may terminate your membership with 14 days’ notice and will issue a prorated refund based on the time remaining in your current membership period.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm your consent to receive from us emails providing information about Natoora Radicals service and exclusive offers.
