Food To Go

Prepped, Not Ultra Processed

From dips and soups to sauces and seasonings, we prove that reaching for prepared foods doesn't have to mean losing out on freshness, transparency or seasonality. The key lies in the ingredients: the same fresh produce we source for industry-leading chefs. Trace each one back to a single grower or producer, chosen for their commitment to flavour.

TOTAL TRACEABILITY

Using the same ingredients we source for industry-leading chefs, we can trace each one back to a single grower or producer, chosen for their commitment to flavour. Prioritising flavour over yield and minimum-intervention cultivation methods means their crop availability can fluctuate. To support them, we build complexity into our sourcing, often working with multiple growers across a single season. As such, ingredient provenance may vary.

RADICAL SEASONALITY

Each fruit and vegetable has its own season, with subtle shifts that happen every day. We follow their microseasons to unlock flavour at every stage. To extend their natural growing seasons, we often move to growers in different regions as their produce hits new peaks. In being reactive to these changes, we have unrivalled control over the quality of our ingredients. Sometimes, our product labelling cannot keep up with these shifts.

MADE FRESH

Our team of Bermondsey chefs have created recipes to enhance, never mask, the quality of our raw ingredients. We understand the work that has gone into preserving flavour at every stage of growth. By way of respect to our growers, and the generations that went before them, we carry the same care into our production processes. Everything is made to order in small batches, seven days a week: no preservatives, unpasteurised and untreated.

Close the Packaging Loop

Whether it’s plastic or glass, it should never be single-use. We reuse our glass to reduce waste, pollution and greenhouse gas emissions.

Simply wash and return your empty Natoora glass jars to help us close the packaging loop. With your ninth return, we’ll give you a dip or soup on us. To start, just ask at the counter for a glass loyalty card.

WORK WITH US

We prep our soups and dips, sauces and spices for our retail partners too — GAIL's, Ocado, Waitrose and Eataly, as well as cafes and delis across London to name a few. If you'd like to stock our soups, sauces and dips, simply fill in our enquiry form and we'll get in touch.

We exist to fix the food system.

People are more cut off from the origins of their food than ever. This makes flavour, nutrition and farming practices that protect the planet, almost impossible to find.

By working directly with growers, we create a more sustainable way forward for farming. By giving everyone the tools to understand the power of our food choices, we empower everybody to become drivers of change.

Now is the time for action. Join the food system revolution.

Know where your food comes from

We know the name of the people behind everything we source. Recognise their growing artistry to find out exactly where your food comes from (and why that matters).

Make your diet diverse

Our growers work with varieties chosen for quality and nutrition, not yield. By selecting their crops you keep heritage seeds in play, add to ecosystem biodiversity and preserve unique flavours.
