Wholesale Team

Customer Account Manager

Full-time, based in our London office.

We are looking for a B2B Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high-value hospitality accounts across London.

You will be responsible for deepening existing partnerships, identifying meaningful commercial opportunities, and making sure every kitchen you work with feels the full weight of what Natoora can offer. That might mean walking into a busy service to talk through what's coming into season, arriving with one perfect unforgettable pear, or running a sourcing session for front of house staff. Whatever the moment calls for, you will be a brilliant ambassador for what we do and why it matters.

Responsibilities

Grow and develop your portfolio

Build deep, strategic relationships across your accounts — understanding each kitchen's needs, anticipating changes, and ensuring Natoora remains the partner of choice. Identify and act on revenue growth opportunities through range development, volume increases, and long-term partnership planning. Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and keep your finger on the pulse of each relationship.

Bring new accounts on board

Lead the onboarding of significant new accounts, shaping the proposition, leading outreach, and setting the commercial foundation from day one. Embed new accounts quickly and ensure a smooth, impressive client experience from the first conversation.

Own the commercial detail

Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive client issues — resolving them with care and without losing the relationship. Provide regular reporting on account performance, identifying trends, flagging risks, and making data-led recommendations to the B2B Sales Manager.

Contribute beyond your portfolio

Lead internal projects aimed at expanding sales opportunities across product ranges, new account types, and emerging growth areas. Feed insight from the field back into the business — customer trends, product feedback, and what you're hearing on the ground. Work closely with buying, operations, and the commercial team to make sure client needs are met with the full capability of the business.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally within food, hospitality, or premium FMCG
  • A genuine passion for food, provenance, and the restaurants we supply — you care about this, not just commercially
  • Strong commercial instincts: you can spot an opportunity, build a case for it, and follow through
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to hold your own in a busy kitchen or a senior client meeting
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented — when things go wrong, you move fast and keep the relationship intact
  • Comfortable working in an agile, flexible environment where no two days look the same
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales data is a plus

What success looks like

First 6 months: your portfolio is stable, relationships are deepening, and you have a clear picture of where the growth opportunities lie. New accounts are onboarded smoothly and commercially set up for the long term.

6 to 24 months: your portfolio is growing profitably, you are a trusted partner to the chefs and buyers you work with, and your insight and contributions are making a visible difference beyond your own accounts.

OUR PEOPLE

See all

We exist to fix the food system.

People are more cut off from the origins of their food than ever. This makes flavour, nutrition and farming practices that protect the planet, almost impossible to find.

By working directly with growers, we create a more sustainable way forward for farming. By giving everyone the tools to understand the power of our food choices, we empower everybody to become drivers of change.

Now is the time for action. Join the food system revolution.

Go beyond four seasons

Each fruit and vegetable has its own season, with subtle shifts which happen every day. Follow their microseasons to unlock flavour at every stage.

Know where your food comes from

We know the name of the people behind everything we source. Recognise their growing artistry to find out exactly where your food comes from (and why that matters).

MEET THE GROWERS

Make your diet diverse

Our growers work with varieties chosen for quality and nutrition, not yield. By selecting their crops you keep heritage seeds in play, add to ecosystem biodiversity and preserve unique flavours.
