We are seeking a passionate and hard working Service Delivery Associate to join our close knit and dynamic team, based in Collingwood, Melbourne.
ABOUT THE JOB
As Service Delivery Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our food system revolution, working independently while on the road with the support of a committed, dynamic team back at base. Care is at the core of everything we do, from the way we handle produce in the warehouse to the opportunities we create for our people.
Shifts start between 1:00am and 07:00am, 5 days a week on a rotating basis including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is a must.
Location: 135 Cambridge St, Collingwood VIC 3066, Australia
Through our training program, you’ll have the opportunity to climb a clear growth path, with weekly sessions covering product, cross-training and language. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exceptional doorstep customer service
- Pick up stock from farms, producers and suppliers while checking the quality and quantities of these orders.
- Multi-drop deliveries around central Melbourne and surrounding areas, using a 3 to 3.5 ton delivery vehicle.
- Provide good and clear communication between clients and the company back at base.
- Assisting warehouse duties whenever required, including loading vans for our first and second deliveries.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy delivery vehicle.
- Filling weekly documentation.
ABOUT YOU:
- You are able to work under pressure, maintain accuracy, and keep deadlines in a time-constrained environment.
- You are able to interact with customers and other departments to help deliver exceptional service to customers - good standard of English, both written and verbal.
- You are willing to learn about specific client needs, products, and operational procedures.
- You are able to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- You have a clean driving licence.
- You have previous experience as a delivery driver - preferable.
- You must be able to work on TFN .
- You have full working rights in Australia.
