About Natoora

We are a fast-growing company with a clear mission: to revolutionise the food system.

We deliver radically seasonal produce to over 1500 restaurants in London, New York and Paris - we count among our customers some of the world’s most forward-thinking chefs.

We also engage directly with home cooks through our Natoora delivery app, as well as in our stores and concessions, and online via Ocado, Waitrose and Monoprix. We are actively seeking to change the way people understand fresh produce by putting flavour and biodiversity back onto the shelves.

Be part of a more meaningful and responsible food system that preserves seed varieties, growing techniques & traditions that are threatened by modern industrial farming and supermarket culture.

About the Job

We are seeking a bright, versatile Copywriter to join our London team. Working closely with the global brand team, you will take the lead on product copy for our newsletters, website, social media channels and stores. With the aim to educate both home consumers and inspire top chefs to shape a better food system, you'll be driven by a passion for incredible food and the desire to have a real impact.

A strong copywriter with solid content management experience, you’ll work closely with our sourcing team to write accurate, hyperseasonal content that will inform the menus of some of the world’s top kitchens as well as resonate with home cooks. You will be a confident researcher and eager to get to the point; you will hone in on the details that matter rather than filler adjectives or buzzwords.

Driven by a genuine interest in farming, sustainable food systems and the hospitality industry, this role has the potential to learn everything there is to know about fresh produce as well as define our voice in London. This is your chance to make a real difference and become an integral part of our revolution, adapting our global messages so that they resonate at a local level.

With a minimum of 2 years of copywriting behind you and proven experience in content management, you'll be joining a fiercely creative team on a mission to revolutionise the food system. If you have what it takes to grow a grassroots movement that will shape the future of food for the better, apply now with your resume and cover letter.

  • Raise awareness of our home delivery service through a combination of tailored content marketing, digital ads, events and local campaigns.
  • Write and manage copy that helps guide and educate shoppers in our stores: from product cards, window vinyls, to printed store assets.
  • Contribute to our global social media channels by generating London-specific content to post.
  • Work hand in hand with our UK partners (Eataly, Ocado and Waitrose) to develop compelling copy for store signs, campaign posters, recipe cards, barkers, advertorials and produce descriptions.
About you

  • You have a real affinity for clear copy and consumer-facing communication and an aversion to greenwashing - with pitch perfect sensitivity to tone and never a typo.
  • You know how to establish a real connection with people through words and to tailor copy content and tone to different audiences.
  • You have a high attention to detail and a keen interest in learning about produce and the food system.
  • You have a track record of working effectively with creatives and production teams to deliver engaging copy to tight schedules.
  • Strong planning skills essential, as well as an ability to display flexibility in the face of external factors.
