Operations Team

WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Part time, based in our Copenhagen warehouse.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operative. You will be responsible for the careful handling and preparation of fresh, seasonal produce sourced directly from independent farmers and producers.

As Natoora’s Warehouse Operative your work ensures that some of Copenhagen’s most respected restaurants (including Noma and other leading kitchens) receive produce in excellent condition and with total accuracy.

The role is focused on hands-on warehouse operations within a close-knit team. Attention to detail, reliability, and care are essential, as you’ll be handling high-quality, perishable products where freshness and precision are the top priorities.

You’ll receive structured training covering product knowledge and warehouse processes. For those who show commitment and curiosity, there are clear opportunities to develop within the business; many of our managers have progressed from operational roles.

This is a part-time position, working 20–25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including bank holidays. The role involves working in a refrigerated environment (+3 to +10°C) and requires the physical ability to handle stock throughout the shift.

Location: Nordhavn, Copenhagen

Responsibilities
  • Pick and prepare restaurant orders accurately and on time to meet strict departure schedules.
  • Carry out quality checks on fresh produce to ensure it meets Natoora’s high standards.
  • Handle, pack, and stack products carefully to maintain freshness and prevent damage.
  • Load delivery vans safely and efficiently, ensuring the best use of space and stability.
  • Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and fully compliant with food safety standards.
  • Assist with stock intake and ensure all produce is stored in the correct temperature zones.
  • Complete required daily and weekly documentation regarding inventory and safety.
About You
  • You take pride in handling high-quality food with care and attention.
  • You’re reliable, organised, and comfortable working to tight timelines.
  • You enjoy working as part of a collaborative, busy team.
  • You’re willing to learn about seasonal produce and its origins.
  • You are physically fit, able to lift heavy boxes, and comfortable working in a low-temperature fridge environment.

OUR PEOPLE

See all

WE EXIST TO FIX THE FOOD SYSTEM.

People are more cut off from the origins of their food than ever. This makes flavor, nutrition and farming practices that protect the planet, almost impossible to find.

By working directly with growers, we create a more sustainable way forward for farming. By giving everyone the tools to understand the power of our food choices, we empower everybody to become drivers of change.

Now is the time for action. Join the food system revolution.
