Warehouse Operative/Multi-drop Delivery Driver

As a Warehouse Operative & Delivery Driver, you'll be an ambassador for our food system revolution, working independently while on the road with the support of a committed, dynamic team back at base.

Shifts during delivery days will often start at 5 am, 5 days a week. Therefore flexibility is a must.

Location: Nordhavn, Copenhagen

Responsibilities

• Providing doorstep customer service to restaurants
• Multi-drop deliveries around central Copenhagen and Malmo
• Providing good communication between clients and the company
• Assisting warehouse duties whenever required including loading the vans
• Maintaining a clean and tidy van
• Filling out the appropriate weekly documentation
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the quality control is correct and that customers are satisfied
• Ensuring orders are prepared on time and with quality and that our general warehouse operations run smoothly

ABOUT YOU

• You are able to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy, and keeping deadlines in a time-constrained environment
• You are able to work independently but also as a team when required
• You are able to interact with customers and other departments to help deliver a better service to customers - good standard of English, both written and verbal
• You are willing to learn about client needs, products, and operational procedures
• You are able to identify opportunities for process improvement
• You have a clean driving licence (EU approved)
• You have previous experience as a delivery driver - preferable
